Got a funny feeling we may be getting a promotion in the RDPL even though we finished 4th in the 3rd last year.

'IF' they as they say base it on players signed !!!

Not really Danny. This is Triggs first year as captain in the Raddy. We have players who do not play in the Prem. We want to build a team and brred some confidence. last year was a major blow to some of them. You could see the confidence drain. The committee made a botch it by putting us in the top divison as we proved. I aint having a go at them as they had a tough call to make and sometimes, even with the best of intentions, things can be done wrong. But to repeat the same mistake becomes at the very least stupidity, which i do not believe they are.

We surely cannot stay up Craig no matter what after last years fiasco. We told the league we were GUARANTEED to get relegated if they put us in the Premier and they did....and guess what...we got relegated...lol. To keep us up, without asking us, would be massively unfair.

Stevey G, Tuesday 03 August 2010 - 14:03:25 // comment: 0

The following teams never showed at the meeting on the 2nd august and therefore are fined as per rule book it also shows any outstanding monies owed by these teams.

Crown a (bury) £35 + £10 no show 2 meetings + £5 late card = £50

Crown b (bury) £35 + £10 no show 2 meetings + £5 no turn up in cup = £50

New Inn (rad) £5 no show meeting = £5

Old Cross £35 + £10 no show 2 meetings = £45

Rileys b (whitefield) £35 + £10 no show 2 meetings = £45

Swan b (bury) £5 no show meeting = £5

Swinton Leisure £5 no show meeting = £5

Three Terriers (heywood) £35 + £10 no show 2 meetings +£5 late card = £50

Trafalgar a £5 no show meeting = £5

Trafalgar b £5 no show meeting = £5

Turf b (radcliffe) £5 no turn up in cup + £5 no show meeting = £10
All the paperwork for the above teams is left behind the bar for collection at the White Boar on Radcliffe Rd Bury you should collect + bring along your outstanding monies because all the draws for the individuals doubles, mixed, captains cup, + main cup and barry & margaret evans cups are attached along with the cards for these draws for your venues if they have one.
